Unit 11 – RECORD TREATMENT PARAMETERS AND OUTCOMES OF TREATMENT

The treatment parameters that need to be recorded on the client record card are:

current type and intensity
duration of current application
duration of the overall treatment
probe selection
areas treated and not treated.
